{"id":258,"date":"2018-05-03T15:54:19","date_gmt":"2018-05-03T15:54:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dowservices.net\/?page_id=258"},"modified":"2024-02-06T16:22:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T16:22:05","slug":"faq","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dowservices.net\/?page_id=258","title":{"rendered":"FAQ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>How many buildings do you currently provide janitorial services for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>As of February 2024 we provide janitorial services for 27 office buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0How many employees do you employ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>We employ between 45-50 people.\u00a0 Our staff consists of janitors, day porters, service technicians, supervisors and managers.\u00a0 Most of our janitors are part-time and work 1-4 hours per evening, Monday through Friday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What kind of supervision do you provide?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Each building is assigned a supervisor who is responsible for training janitors, inspecting their work and making sure they have enough supplies and properly maintained equipment to provide quality cleaning services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Do customers have to provide you with cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>No, we will provide the cleaning chemicals, rags and equipment needed to complete your cleaning needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Do you provide us with information about the janitors that will be cleaning our building?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>When a new janitor is hired we email you with the janitor\u2019s name and picture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Do you keep SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for all the chemicals that will be used in our building by your staff?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Yes, we provide a binder to be kept in the janitor\u2019s closet that contains SDS sheet for all the chemicals we use.\u00a0 This binder will contain a listing of important phone numbers for our company, the cleaning specifications for your building, and SDS sheets for each chemical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How many buildings do you currently provide janitorial services for?
